The SLIK SH-707E is stable and all-metal. It has a multi-action pan head

with a quick release plate.  The simple one-arm lock-release system
controls camera movements.  The single handle operation also has one
control for both pan and tilt movements. This style of head is perfect

also uses a fast and easy to use quick-release plate to securely mount a
