WARRANTY REPAIRS

For warranty repairs, please send the tripod to the following address: Kenko Tokina USA 7642 Woodwind Drive Huntington Beach, CA 92647 ATTN: Repair Dept. Please include any and all contact information (how to get in touch with you – phone number, email address, return shipping address), a note explaining the problem, along with any and all warranty information (warranty card and receipt from an authorized US Slik dealer).

NON-WARRANTY REPAIRS

Please send your tripod to the following address: Kenko Tokina USA 7642 Woodwind Drive Huntington Beach, CA 92647 ATTN: Repair Dept. Include a note explaining the problem, along with any and all contact information (how to get in touch with you – phone number, email address, return shipping address). We will contact you with a repair estimate before any work has begun. If the estimate is more money than you are willing to spend, simply refuse the estimate, and we will return your tripod to you at no additional cost. If your tripod is older than 10 years, please contact us to determine whether there are still parts and service available for your tripod.
