The S-Pole II is neither a Tripod, or a Monopd. Instead attach it to an SLR to add some extra height (21.65″ to 63.68″). You can add the S-Pole to the SLIK MINI PRO III, MINI PRO DQ, or SPRINT MINI II. The camera/monopod head mount plate has a 1/4-20 threaded hole. Remove the head on the mentioned mini tripods and use the 1/4-20 mount post to screw it into the SLIK S-POLE II. Invert the SLIK S-POLE II with tripod legs down and the S-POLE will be much more stable. Attach a camera or ball head and unscrew the rubber foot on top of the S-POLE II. Attach a camera or head to the 1/4-20 threaded mount post.
