PBH-52LP Ball Head

With a maximum height of 3.5" (90mm) and base diameter of 2.5" (64mm), the machined-aluminum professional low profile PBH-52LP Ball Head provides the best of both convenience and stability. Comfortably mount your Canon, Sony, or Nikon super-telefoto lens and camera combinations up to 66lbs (30kg) knowing they will be secure. Weighing in at just 1.3lbs (610g), the sleek design of the PBH-52LP lacks meddlesome handles and is easy to pack and carry. 

Adjusting the camera on the PBH-52LP is easily done via two main knobs. The main lock knob is equipped with a tension dial that locks in a comfortable tension according to the weight of your equipment and preferences. The independent pan knob allows full 360-degree rotation for multi-stitched panoramas. Degree markers assist in determining precise pan movement. The PBH-52LP comes equipped with two U-shaped drop notches that allow greater flexibility in shifting 90 degrees for horizontal and vertical orientations. Complete with a spirit bubble and level, the photographer can easily determine placement on uneven ground. 

The “Arca-Swiss” type quick shoe allows the photographer to easily put on or take off the camera. The head comes with U3/8" thread and includes U1/4-20" screw adapters that you can attach to most tripod setups. A built-in shoe stopper prevents the camera from falling off the tripod.
