With a total weight of 14.2oz and a folded height of 8in this tripod fits just about anywhere. The legs extend a little more than an inch for added stability and height, also the center column extends for additional height.
The SBH-100AC Ball Head is removable and if another head is desired the tripod has a common 1/4-20 thread post. The SBH-100AC adopts the Arca Swiss compatible clamp style quick shoe platform. This Arca Swiss quick shoe platform makes it easy for you to switch from using your camera on the tripod to other Arca Swiss products. It has one control knob to lock and unlock the camera movements as well as two U-notches for vertical/portrait shooting. The ball head also has a 360-degree rotation to perfectly position the camera.
