Daniel James Alpert graduated in 2016 from Northern Arizona University with a formal education in Photography and has since been on a coddiwomple adventure which he invites you all to join him on! Daniel likes to see himself as a simple scientist attempting to understand the universe by observing and studying light. We each have our piece of scientific equipment (camera) and we take measurements (metering) and collect and interpret data (raw files) and then once all that is done, we get to add our own personal signature through digital darkroom processes.
Daniel is a well-rounded and very technically skilled photographer and particularly excels and enjoys capturing nightscapes, rare astronomical events/alignments, and chasing the perfect light. You can often find him in the badlands somewhere with a bag full of camera gear and eyes on the horizon.
